School of Engineering Management organizes undergraduate studies that last for four years (eight semesters) in the field of engineering management. Upon graduation, the student receives title: The Engineer of Management (Diplomirani inženjer menadžmenta), equal to BSc with Honours (240 ECTS).
For international students School is also organizing undergraduate studies that last for three years (six semesters). Upon graduation, students receive the title The Engineer of Management (Inženjer menadžmenta), equal to Bachelor of Science (BSc without Honours): a 3-year programme (180 ECTS).
Programmes consist of core courses and electives. Every student can shape his or her professional profile by choosing electives.
Undergraduate courses have interactive character and include case studies in order to stimulate students’ thinking and creativity, independence and implementation of the acquired knowledge. The program realization is made possible through mentoring. Every student cooperates with teachers and teaching assistants and has the opportunity to verify acquired knowledge in IT laboratories. Students also have the opportunity to demonstrate individual and team creativity and to develop critical thinking and expression.

It contains all elements established by the Law on Higher Education and the standards for accreditation of study programs; the structure of the study program is aligned with higher education institutions in the country and abroad, it is based on the Bologna Declaration and is in accordance with the requirements arising from the practical application of modern scientific knowledge in the field of management and business.
The total number of courses in the study program is 35; the number of courses a student must pass is 32, the number of compulsory courses is 25, the number of elective courses is 14, of which a student takes 7. Compulsory are Professional Practice, Research contained in the final thesis, and the Final Thesis – preparation and defense.
